At Mavala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that items are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
