How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused beauty products. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are Mavala products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. Mavala does not test any of our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
